Job Summary

Senior SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) Developer who can design, customize, and scales enterprise e-commerce platforms. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Hybris experience, strong Java/Spring skills and API integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Development: Design and build custom extensions, workflows, and features using SAP Commerce Cloud.
- System Integration: Connect Hybris with third-party tools like payment gateways, ERP, and CRM systems via REST APIs.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize Solr/Elasticsearch indexing, database queries, and reduce system latency.
- Code Quality: Enforce coding standards and write robust unit tests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years working specifically with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud and 8+ years in total software engineering.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, and SQL.
- Hybris Modules: Robust knowledge of Core, Backoffice, OCC, Order Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Impex.
- Tools & DevOps: Familiarity with Solr, Git,



CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
- SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform internals: extensions, service/facade layers, item types, impex, backoffice/custom cockpit
- Web technologies: HTML/CSS/JavaScript, REST APIs, OCC, Spartacus (for headless/Angular storefronts) or Accelerator
- Search engines: Apache Solr (indexing, search tuning)
- Integration tech: SOAP/REST, messaging (Kafka, JMS), middleware (SAP CPI, MuleSoft)
- Databases: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Build & DevOps: Ant/Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Spartacus Storefront development experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap, Angular, React) is a plus.
