AI Full Stack Developer — Azure AI

Role: Build the CMN Staffing Decision Support application for Acute Care VLOA and Shift Pickup.

Key responsibilities:
Develop UI and backend APIs using React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
Build AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI
Implement RAG/policy reasoning using Azure AI Search
Integrate Fabric workforce data and PostgreSQL application data
Implement explainable recommendations, human approval, and audit logging
Configure Entra ID, Key Vault, monitoring, and Azure deployment
Support testing, UAT, and technical documentation

Core skills: Python, FastAPI, React, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, PostgreSQL, Azure Container Apps, Entra ID, Git/Azure DevOps.
