Hiring: Teradata Database Administrator (DBA)

Location: Remote

Experience: 5+ Years

Duration: 3–6 Months

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Interview: 15-min HR + 1–2 Technical Rounds

Role Focus: System-level Workload Management, Resource Governor Architecture & TASM/TDWM Tuning.

Not a SQL/query-level performance tuning or indexing role.

Must-Have Skills

- Expert in Teradata Viewpoint, Workload Designer, TASM & TDWM
- Strong TASM ruleset design, throttles, filters & workload definitions
- Priority Scheduler, resource partitions & concurrency management
- Operational Environments, TASM States & automated workload controls
- DBQL & ResUsage analysis for workload/capacity monitoring
- Strong knowledge of AMP, PE, AWT, BYNET, Memory & I/O architecture

Good to Have: Teradata Vantage/Cloud, Python/BASH/Perl scripting, TASM migration experience.

Requirements: In-house Bench Resource | English Fluency | BGV: Employment Check + PCC
