CAMERAMAN CUM VIDEO EDITOR

About the Role

We're looking for a high-end Cameraman cum Video Editor who can independently handle everything from concept to final delivery — personal branding shoots, influencer content, informative videos, green screen/VFX work, and outdoor shoots across different locations. This is not a "point and shoot" role — we need someone who thinks like a visual storyteller.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end photo and video shoots — shot lists, locations, lighting, framing, and equipment

- Handle shoots for personal branding, influencer content, informative/educational videos, products, events, podcasts, and interviews

- Shoot green screen and VFX-based content, and outdoor shoots across multiple locations

- Independently make creative decisions on angles, composition, lighting, camera movement, and visual storytelling

- Direct clients, presenters, models, and team members on poses, expressions, and positioning

- Operate cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, gimbals, stabilizers, and drones (subject to permissions/regulations)

- Edit content including Reels, ads, brand videos, interviews, and podcasts

- Handle colour correction/grading, audio cleanup, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic VFX/SFX

- Deliver platform-ready content in required formats and aspect ratios





- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to align content with brand and campaign goals

Requirements

- 2–4+ years of professional experience as a Cameraman/Videographer, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or production agency

- Strong photoshoot experience — product, personal branding, influencer, and lifestyle photography

- Strong portfolio/showreel covering multiple industries, shoot styles, and photo + video work

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent

- Hands-on drone experience; certification/permissions preferred

- Experience with green screen shoots and basic VFX compositing

- Robust understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling

- Ability to manage shoots independently and solve on-ground production challenges

- Own equipment preferred (camera, lens, drone) — compensation adjusted accordingly for equipment usage
