Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the role of Telesales / Pre-Sales / Telecaller. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, lead generation, follow-ups, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures and customer meetings
- Maintain call records,



lead status, and customer database
- Achieve assigned calling and lead generation targets

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in Telesales / Pre-Sales / Telecalling
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Hindi communication is Mandatory
- Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam language skills are preferred
- Experience in Product-Based Companies will be an added advantage
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting
- Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
