WE’RE HIRING – RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (INSURANCE)

Location: Adyar, Chennai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹3–8 LPA

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through referrals, field visits, networking, and other channels

Sell suitable Life Insurance / General Insurance products

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Conduct client meetings and follow up with prospects

Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support

Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and documentation

Develop business through referrals and existing customer relationships





Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

2–5 years of experience in *Insurance Sales / BFSI / Financial Services*

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Good negotiation and convincing skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales

Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers
