About Adral

Adral is an intelligence company building systems that finish the work, not just converse about it. We develop foundational models (like our MoE-Mamba general reasoning architecture and security-focused models) and deploy them across web, desktop, and mobile surfaces with deep agentic capabilities. We aren't selling generic chat wrappers; we are driving a shift toward finished, actionable execution. We need a technical educator who can teach builders, developers, and early adopters how to actually wield agentic systems.

What You’ll Do

- Be the Face of Adral Academy: Record technical courses, live walkthroughs, Loom-style teardowns, and architectural deep-dives that thousands of developers and technical operators watch every week. Your voice and your build style become part of how people learn the discipline of agentic engineering.
- Own the Content Lifecycle: Take topics from blank page to published artifact. You’ll prep the technical curriculum, record the screen flows, write the markdown documentation, and ship directly—not throw a script over the wall and hope.
- Ship at AI’s Pace: A new model drops, an MCP server integration updates, a current agent capability emerges. You don’t wait for a quarterly content cycle—you build, record, ship, iterate, and re-record when something better lands two weeks later.
- Teach by Building Live: Your default mode is "let me just show you in the code/app" rather than slides or heavy abstractions. Your best teaching happens with your hands on the keyboard, troubleshooting logic or prompt structures in real-time.

What You’ll Bring

- A Learner First,

Teacher Second Mindset: When a frontier model drops a new release, you're playing with it that evening. When a new Adral feature ships, you're already filming a teardown with it on day one.
- Comfortable On-Camera and In the Code: You don't need to be a polished Hollywood actor, but you're at home being recorded, riffing live on technical architecture, and re-takes don't drain you.
- Obsessed with Shipping Cadence: You know that a great technical walkthrough shipped this week beats a perfect one shipped next quarter. You'd rather ship three scrappy, high-signal lessons than over-produce one.
- High Taste on Craft: Velocity matters, but so does technical accuracy. You can tell the difference between a tutorial that genuinely unlocks a workflow and one that wastes a developer's time.
- A Proven Track Record of Creating: You’ve already built a body of educational content somewhere—a technical YouTube channel, a developer blog, a course, a GitHub repo with rich READMEs, or a Substack with screen recordings. You don't need someone to tell you to publish.

What You Are NOT

- A Scriptwriter Who Hates the Camera: This role is heavily on-camera and public-facing. If recording yourself is something you tolerate rather than enjoy, the pace will burn you out.
- A Perfectionist Who Can't Ship: Our content has to keep pace with AI. If you can't hit publish on a 90% ready video because you wanted 100%, the rhythm here will frustrate you.
- Someone Who Needs a Tight Script: A lot of the best technical content comes from live builds where you're debugging or spinning up an agent loop in real time. If you can't riff through an error state, this won't work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
