Job Summary
BuildOwn Developers is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed as per approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Check measurements, quantities, and work progress.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and resources.
- Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of assigned works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.

Requirements





- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in residential construction or real estate projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust site supervision and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

- Good knowledge of residential villa construction.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Kerala construction practices will be an added advantage
