The Marketing Manager - Contemporary Trade acts as the strategic bridge between Brand and Sales. You will translate brand goals into actionable retail strategies across major accounts like Reliance, DMart, Star Bazaar and other major hypermarkets/supermarkets, ensuring high visibility and profitable conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Drives sales and brand visibility across large-scale retail outlets (supermarkets/hypermarkets) by developing go-to-market strategies, managing key accounts, and optimizing in-store, promotional, and shopper marketing.

- Strong demand in FMCG, retail, and consumer goods sectors.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive business results.

- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

- Executing in-store promotions, merchandising,



and launching shopper marketing campaigns to increase brand presence.

- Ensuring optimal product range, listing, and inventory management across stores.

- Handle claim settlements, billing reconciliation, and trade promotional spending efficiently.

- Drive conflict resolution and ensure pricing hygiene across modern trade and general trade channels.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8–15+ years in FMCG/Retail, with a focus on Modern Trade marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (MBA preferred).

Skills: Strong P&L;/analytical capability, negotiation prowess, and team leadership.

Industry - Home care, personal care, kitchen, hygiene or household essentials preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
