- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls in a professional manner.
- Communicate with customers from different countries and understand their queries, concerns, and requirements.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within the defined process guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain qualified communication, proper call etiquette, and a customer-focused approach.
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/system.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
