Key Responsibilities

1. Be an essential part of the operations team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.

2. Collaborate with vendors to streamline processes and meet service level agreements (SLA).

3. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth functioning. Handle client and customer interactions to provide excellent service.

4. Update CRM systems and perform accurate data entry. Maintain consistency and efficiency in operations by collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

 Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or relevant roles.

 Strong client and customer handling skills.

 Familiarity with CRM tools and accurate data entry processes.





 Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
