Job Description – Site Engineer

Experience – 6M - 4years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with workers, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and other site personnel to ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Work completed as per project schedule

· Quality of workmanship

· Labour productivity

· Material wastage control

· Compliance with safety procedures

· Timely reporting

· Reduction in rework

· Proper manpower utilization

· Site housekeeping

· Coordination and discipline at site

Required Skills:

· Good knowledge of construction site activities

· Manpower and subcontractor handling

· Knowledge of construction materials and methods

· Positive communication and coordination skills

· Ability to identify site problems and report them promptly

· Basic knowledge of safety procedures

· Ability to maintain daily site records

· Strong discipline and time-management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
