✓ 5-10 Yrs Exp in Business Development / IT Staffing / Domestic Staffing Recruitment
✓ Robust experience in Client Acquisition, Account Management & Revenue Generation
✓ Good understanding of IT Hiring, Managed Services, TPL Demands
✓ Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Stakeholder Management
✓ Target-driven & self-motivated individual
✓ Experience working with US/India Staffing Clients preferred

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Generate new business & manage existing client relationships✓ Drive sales for IT Staffing & Recruitment Solutions
✓ Handle end-to-end BDM cycle - Lead Gen to Closure
✓ Coordinate with recruitment team for demand fulfillment
✓ Achieve monthly revenue targets

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
