About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient Kids English Trainer to help children improve their English speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children and be able to make English learning fun, engaging, and interactive.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging English speaking classes for children.
- Help students improve their spoken English, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence.
- Plan and deliver interactive activities, games, conversations, and role-plays.
- Understand individual student needs and provide personalized guidance.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the internal team.
- Create a positive, friendly, and encouraging learning environment.
- Use digital tools and online teaching platforms effectively.
- Maintain punctuality and consistency in conducting classes.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable teaching children.
- Patient, energetic, and friendly personality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage, but freshers with strong English skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience with online teaching is a plus.
