About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate the Tempus Central sales team by managing the sales funnel, CRM, leads, sales forecasting, reporting, and other sales operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team to track and manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM data, sales opportunities, activities, and pipeline status.
- Manage and track Tempus Central leads, ensuring proper allocation, follow-up, and status updates.
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, MIS, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely updates on leads, opportunities, demos, proposals, and closures.
- Assist the sales team in incentive calculations, claims, and related documentation.
- Track individual and team-wise sales targets, achievements, and pending activities.




- Monitor sales funnel movement and highlight pending or inactive leads to the concerned team members.
- Coordinate with management and the sales team for regular sales reviews and reporting.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely data entry and documentation.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and other sales operations activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, MIS, or Sales Support.
- Experience in the IT / SaaS / Software industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, sales funnel management, and sales reporting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
- Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
