About the Role

CARECIL PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Sales Manager to grow our Automotive Refinish business across the Saurashtra region of Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop dealers, retailers, distributors, bodyshops and garages.
- Identify and appoint current dealers and expand the retail network.
- Build strong relationships with automotive painters and influencers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials and customer conversions.
- Promote Automotive Refinish products including Putty, Primers, Basecoats, Clearcoats, Hardeners and Thinners.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
- Generate new customers and develop new markets.
- Follow up on orders, collections and customer requirements.
- Submit regular sales and market visit reports.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics and accounts teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Automotive Refinish Paint Sales.
- Good knowledge of automotive refinish products and the automotive aftermarket.
- Experience with dealers, bodyshops, garages,



and automotive painters will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and business-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Saurashtra.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM or a technical qualification in Paints/Coatings will be an added advantage.
