To lead and drive the Sales & Marketing function of the media and advertising business by developing revenue strategies, acquiring key clients, managing strategic accounts, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of business and profitability targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Drive new business development through corporate clients, agencies, brands, and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with advertisers, media agencies, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential revenue streams.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Develop customized media and advertising solutions, proposals, pitches, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and long-term business agreements.




- Manage and strengthen relationships with key and high-value accounts.
- Coordinate with creative, content, production, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS reports, revenue projections, and business plans to senior management.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy business margins.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Take ownership as a Profit Centre Head, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and overall business profitability.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
