Role Description The Website Developer will work closely with SEO and digital marketing teams to design, develop, and optimize responsive websites for IT clients with 5 to 6 years of prior experience in similar roles. This full time hybrid position is based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining front-end and back-end components, integrating APIs, optimizing site performance, and ensuring SEO-friendly structures and clean code. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, improving UX/UI, implementing best practices for security and scalability, and collaborating with designers, content specialists,



and marketing professionals to support ongoing campaigns and client goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills including server-side programming (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python) and database management.
- Candidates should possess solid Web Development and Programming fundamentals, including version control (e.g., Git) and clean, maintainable code practices.
- Candidates should possess Web Design capabilities with a focus on UX/UI, accessibility, and SEO-friendly site architecture.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and integrating third-party tools or APIs is beneficial.
- Understanding of technical SEO, site performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
