Job Summary

YB Perfumes is looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to take overall responsibility for the finance and accounting operations of our India business, while coordinating with our UAE operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial management, MIS reporting, budgeting, taxation, costing, treasury, compliance, and business finance, with the ability to work closely with senior management and lead the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete finance and accounting function for India operations.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Oversee GL, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Oversee product costing, COGS, margins, pricing, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock audits, and financial performance across business divisions.
- Support retail, wholesale, e-commerce, export, and franchise operations.
- Manage franchise financial activities, royalty calculations, collections, and audits.
- Coordinate internal, external, and statutory audits.




- Develop strong financial controls and risk-management processes.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and expansion.
- Coordinate closely with the UAE finance and management teams.
- Lead and supervise the Accounts Manager and finance team.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the DGM / CEO.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA / CMA / ACCA qualification is preferred.
- 8–12+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian GST, TDS, taxation, accounting, MIS, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, perfumes, manufacturing, wholesale, e-commerce, or franchise is preferred.
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing and leading a finance/accounts team.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with senior management and UAE operations.
