- 5+ yrs of experience in SaaS applications.
- Strong functional expertise in Recruitment/Onboarding modules in HCM application.
- Take full technical ownership with minimal oversight.
- Manage SaaS Recruit space independently .
- Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration & communication.
- Robust SaaS Configuration Expertise (SmartRecruiters /Avature or Any ATS tool and balancing multiple tools).
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
