- Client Communication & Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person; assist with inquiries, product/service details, and onboarding.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints end-to-end, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and reduce churn.
- Data & Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, interaction logs, and feedback using CRM software.
