Job Description/ Responsibilities

· Daily Production Planning and execution in co-ordination with mixing team.

· Startup of the machine in optimum time with focus on quality and right first time.

· Troubleshooting and analysis of production performance.

· Reduction in idle time of the machine during product change over with proactive approach and solution-oriented thinking.

· Manpower handling and work distribution with follow up for the completion status – Report to Assistant Manager/Manager for regarding the status.

· On time Production entries in SAP.

· To prepare and update the QMS documents of the production process.

· Co-ordinate with the R&D; team for trials and give input to achieve better results.

· Co-ordinate with QA team for batches approval and quality releases.

· Arrange & conduct safety training for operators & trainees as per the training schedule.

· To be able to conduct Inhouse quality testing.

· Prepare daily actual consumption report for RM & Consumables





· Encourage cost consciousness in the department.

· Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Report Preparation (MIS).

· To prepare report for inventory & Non-Moving Stocks / Slow Moving Stock.

· To be familiar with systems like 5S, Kaizens, FIFO, EHS, MS-Office.

· To adhere to the department objectives and strive to achieve them by teamwork, individual contribution and inter department co-ordination.

· Analysis on daily basis for the shortfalls in achieving the daily targets and discuss with team with appropriate RCA and CAPA.

· Co-Ordination with the line operators & mixing department for maximum efficiency.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
