Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Kia models and variants

Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits

Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers

Prepare quotations and explain finance, insurance, and exchange options

Handle current sales enquiries and follow up with prospective customers

Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings and sales

Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams

Update customer details, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM/DMS system

Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process

Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership performance goals

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery
