Role Overview:
We are hiring Telesales Executives for our Chennai location. Candidates with prior telesales/tele-calling experience and valuable communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to prospects
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Handle objections professionally and close sales




- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

- 1–5 years of experience in telesales/tele-calling/sales (freshers with good communication also welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasive tone
- Target-driven with a positive, confident attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Male and female candidates welcome
