FMCG Van Sales Executive / Salesman

Location: Trivandrum & Across Kerala

Pay Structure: Base Salary + Daily Allowance + Monthly Sales Incentive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Van Sales Executive / Salesman to lead direct sales and route distribution of our premium rice products to retail stores, supermarkets, and wholesale outlets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily routes, driving sales growth, delivering products, and maintaining strong customer relationships in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Route Coverage: Visit assigned retail shops, wholesalers, and prospective clients daily to secure orders and hit target volumes.
- Stock & Delivery: Load rice stock into the delivery van according to daily schedules and handle accurate, on-time product deliveries.
- Cash & Record Management: Collect cash/credit payments, issue daily tax invoices, and balance end-of-day sales, collections, and inventory reports.
- Market Expansion:



Identify potential sales points, onboard new retail accounts, and increase product visibility in local markets.
- Vehicle Care: Conduct basic daily maintenance checks and keep the assigned sales vehicle clean and presentable.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: SSLC / Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in FMCG van sales, order booking, or field distribution (preferred).
- Skills: Robust local route knowledge, good communication skills, and basic arithmetic for cash transactions.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical work involved in loading/unloading goods.
