We are looking for a skilled Lighting Technician to handle the installation, wiring, and maintenance of lighting systems, including smart lighting solutions, at construction and project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical wiring, lighting fixture installation, and site evaluation, and should be comfortable traveling to different sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, wire, and maintain indoor and outdoor lighting systems on construction sites
- Set up and configure smart lighting systems (sensors, automation panels, app-controlled fixtures, etc.)
- Read and interpret electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and lighting plans
- Conduct site visits for site evaluation, feasibility checks, and measurements before and during installation
- Take accurate site measurements to plan fixture placement and wiring routes
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty wiring, fixtures, and lighting control systems
- Ensure all installations comply with electrical safety codes and standards
- Coordinate with site supervisors, electricians,



and contractors for smooth execution of work
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of lighting materials
- Assist with other official/administrative tasks as assigned (documentation, reporting, material procurement support, etc.)
- Prepare basic reports on site visits, installation progress, and material requirements

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Sound knowledge of electrical wiring and circuits
- Practical experience in lighting installation (residential, commercial, or construction sites)
- Familiarity with smart lighting systems and home/building automation basics
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and site/electrical layout plans
- Basic understanding of safety protocols for electrical work
- Comfortable using measuring tools (tape, laser measure, etc.) for site evaluation
