We are looking for Management Trainees to join our automotive showroom team in Palakkad.

The selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training and assist with day-to-day showroom activities across different roles, including:

- Service Advisor
- Bodyshop Advisor
- Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
- Supervisor
- Other showroom operational roles

Eligibility

- B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- 3-Year Diploma candidates only
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in different showroom functions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily showroom operations
- Support different departments based on business requirements
- Interact with customers and assist in providing quality service




- Learn and handle responsibilities across various automotive functions
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Follow company processes and standards
