Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and facilitate field surveys and assessment activities across the assigned region.

- Plan and coordinate field visits, survey schedules, and deployment of field investigators.

- Coordinate with field investigators, local stakeholders, beneficiaries, government officials, and other relevant agencies.

- Ensure that survey activities are conducted as per the approved methodology, timelines, and guidelines.

- Monitor the progress of field surveys and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.

- Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of collected information.

- Review survey forms, questionnaires, and field records for errors or missing information.

- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with field teams for necessary corrections.

- Ensure adherence to data collection protocols, quality standards, and reporting requirements.

- Support field investigators in resolving operational and survey-related challenges.

- Maintain regular records of field activities, survey progress, data quality, and issues encountered.





- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports and field-level updates to the Project/Team Lead.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, training sessions, and orientations for field teams.

- Support the project team in beneficiary-level assessments, interviews, and data collection activities.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between the field team and the central/project management team.

- Travel extensively within the assigned region as required for survey monitoring and coordination.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture,

Additional Information

- Experience in social sector, rural development, livelihood, agriculture, government, or development-sector projects.

- Experience in beneficiary-level surveys, impact assessments, socio-economic surveys, or monitoring and evaluation projects.

- Experience working with government departments, NGOs, consulting organizations, or development agencies will be an added advantage.
