Technical Support Engineer – Fresher
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc./Diploma – IT, CSE or related field
Job Description:
- Provide L1 technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and basic network issues.
- Install and configure software and systems.
- Handle user login, email, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain support tickets and documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and networking.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
