About the Role

La Exotic is looking for a MICE Product & Contracting to build and manage our MICE product portfolio across hotels, resorts, venues, activities and other travel partners. Preferred industry background Hotel / Tourism

The person will be responsible for negotiating competitive B2B rates, maintaining supplier relationships, controlling margins for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities-

- Obtain special group rates, upgrades, complimentary benefits and value additions.
- Negotiate payment terms, cancellation policies, release periods and attrition clauses.
- Knowledge of Indian Tourist Destinations
- Ensure contracts are commercially beneficial to La Exotic
- Identify new destinations, hotels, venues and experiences suitable for corporate groups.




- Develop unique incentive travel, conference, corporate retreat and group tour products.
- Build destination-wise MICE packages.
- Regularly review market pricing and competitor offerings
- Work closely with the MICE Sales team to understand client requirements.
- Prepare competitive proposals and itineraries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
