MakerStrive Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior CFD Engineer to join our Engineering & R&D; team in Pune.

Experience: 5+ Years – Relevant CFD Experience

Location: Pune | Work from Office

Employment: Full-time

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field Master’s degree in CFD / Thermal / Fluid Mechanics will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end CFD analysis using ANSYS Fluent

Fluid domain extraction using ANSYS SpaceClaim / DesignModeler

CFD pre-processing, meshing & mesh independence studies

Flow, thermal & heat transfer simulations

Steady-state and transient CFD analysis

CFD validation through theoretical calculations / test data

Post-processing, result interpretation & technical reporting

Troubleshooting convergence and numerical issues

Independently handling complex CFD projects from setup to final report





Preferred CFD ModulesHands-on project experience in the following modules is highly preferred:

Porous Media

Multiphase Flow – VOF

DPM – Discrete Phase Model

Species Transport / Species Model

Heat Transfer

Candidate Profile

5+ years of relevant hands-on CFD experience Strong knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer & Thermodynamics

Robust practical experience with ANSYS Fluent Ability to independently execute CFD projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Defense, Marine, Heavy Engineering, Energy, or Process Equipment will be an advantage
