Wellness Therapist & Centre Coordinator

About Tunes & Vibes

Tunes & Vibes is expanding its holistic wellness services to a luxury resort in Udaipur, creating a dedicated Tunes & Vibes Wellness Centre for resort guests.

We are looking for a sincere, presentable and responsible Wellness Therapist & Centre Coordinator who will become part of the Tunes & Vibes team and manage the wellness centre at the resort.

Key Responsibilities

1. Massage & Wellness Services

- Provide professional massage and wellness therapies to resort guests.
- Offer different massage modalities according to training and guest requirements.
- Maintain high standards of guest comfort, hygiene, privacy and professionalism.
- Understand guest needs and recommend appropriate wellness services.

2. Sound Healing

- Learn the Tunes & Vibes Sound Healing methodology through training.
- Conduct Sound Healing and relaxation sessions for resort guests after training.
- Support meditation, relaxation and other wellness activities.
- Promote integrated experiences such as Sound Healing + Massage.

3. Wellness Centre Management

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the Tunes & Vibes Wellness Centre.
- Manage guest enquiries and appointments.
- Coordinate with resort staff regarding guest bookings and services.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambience, hygiene and presentation of the centre.
- Maintain basic inventory and wellness supplies.
- Maintain daily service and reporting records.
- Coordinate regularly with the Tunes & Vibes management team.

4. Guest Experience & Sales

- Provide a warm, qualified and premium experience to resort guests.
- Explain available therapies and wellness packages.
- Promote suitable wellness packages in a professional and non-pushy manner.




- Help increase awareness and bookings for Tunes & Vibes wellness services.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat wellness experiences.

Candidate Requirements

- candidate, preferably 21–35 years.
- Massage/wellness therapy certification or relevant training preferred.
- Previous experience in massage, spa, wellness or hospitality will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and conduct Sound Healing sessions.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-groomed, polite, confident and presentable.
- Comfortable interacting with luxury-resort guests.
- Responsible, trustworthy and disciplined.
- Able to independently manage the wellness centre.
- Willing to stay at the resort.

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- Aroma Massage
- Relaxation Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
- Foot Reflexology
- Indian/Traditional Massage
- Couple Wellness Experiences
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Sound Healing

Candidates with multiple therapy skills will be preferred. Training in additional Tunes & Vibes services will be provided where required.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided at the resort.

Food

Food will be provided by the resort as part of the arrangement.

Training

Training and orientation in Tunes & Vibes Sound Healing and wellness experiences will be provided.

Growth Opportunity

Opportunity to grow with Tunes & Vibes as the wellness centre develops and additional wellness services are introduced.

Employment Type

Full-Time | Tunes & Vibes Employee | Live-in at Resort

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
