We are a growing menswear retail chain (ethnic & formal wear) looking for an energetic HR Executive to manage hiring, staff, and daily people-operations across our stores. If you love working with people and want to grow with an expanding brand, this is for you.

What you'll do

- Recruit and onboard store staff — sales executives, cashiers, floor managers
- Manage attendance, shifts, and leave for store teams
- Handle payroll inputs, staff records, and basic compliance (PF/ESI)
- Reduce staff attrition and keep stores fully staffed during peak/festive seasons
- Coordinate between store managers and head office

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years HR experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Graduate
- Valuable communication in Marathi, Hindi & basic English
- Comfortable visiting stores; two-wheeler preferred
- Knows MS Excel / Google Sheets

Pay: ₹15,660.63 - ₹44,642.55 per month
