Job Responsibilities:

- Handle Instagram enquiries, messages, comments, and client interactions professionally.
- Convert Instagram leads into potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information about services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Assist in increasing engagement and generating quality leads through Instagram.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong client handling and sales conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Business features and social media communication.
- Confident,



proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule based on business requirements.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
