Deep cross-tower Finance process transformation expert in Finance Ops -OTC/RTR/PTP/FP&A;/Tax/Treasury with AI strategy and value architecture experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated experience of implementing AI use cases, reinventing end to end processes leveraging AI
- Experience in assessments to identify AI use-cases and value framing; connecting agentic solutions to measurable KPIs
- Agentic AI Design & Implementation in Finance: Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, roadmap creation, human-in-the-loop design; lead teams/pods in rapid prototyping
- Solution Design & Workflow Architecture: Automation & Integration Exposure with Value Case Development experience
- AI-Enabled Operating Model Design: Design of Future Finance Op model with human+ Gen/Agentic AI agents
- AI Fluency at scale: GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering,



AI governance, responsible AI and auditability
- Program Leadership: Multi-workstream programmes across Finance, Tech, and Change
- Stakeholder & Executive Client Relationship Management

Professional & Technical Skills:

- CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science — Tier 1 institute
