Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in .NET and MERN Stack technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across C#, .NET, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in full-stack development, API development, technical leadership, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and contribute to full-stack application development using .NET + MERN Stack.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using .NET/C# and Node.js.
- Build modern frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Work with PostgreSQL and other databases such as MongoDB.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a small engineering team.




- Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Work closely with international clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure application quality through automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and business problems and provide scalable solutions.

Candidate Requirements

- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET + MERN Stack.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in designing and developing APIs/services.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and software architecture.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small development team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel to Germany for 2–3 weeks for onboarding.

Germany Travel Requirement

The candidate will initially work offshore from India. The selected candidate will be required to travel to Germany for approximately 2–3 weeks for client onboarding.

Accommodation in Germany will be provided/covered by the client.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
