Hiring – Pharmacy Staff / Chemist

Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra (PMBJK) is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Pharmacy Staff / Chemist to join our retail generic medicine store.

Location: [Mahindra Park, Rani Bagh, Current Delhi]

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 4-6 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and customer requirements.

* Explain basic dosage and usage instructions to customers when appropriate.

* Handle customers professionally and provide good service.

* Manage billing and cash/UPI transactions.

* Maintain proper stock of medicines and healthcare products.

* Check stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers and damaged/expired medicines.

* Assist with receiving and arranging new medicine stock.

* Maintain pharmacy-related records and documentation.

* Keep the store clean,



organized and properly stocked.

* Coordinate with suppliers and assist with stock replenishment.

* Follow all applicable pharmacy, storage and regulatory requirements.

* Ensure medicines are stored appropriately and are easily accessible.

Requirements

* Knowledge of generic medicines and salts.

* Relevant retail pharmacy/chemist shop experience will be an advantage.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic computer and billing knowledge.

* Ability to maintain accurate records and handle inventory responsibly.

* Honest, punctual, reliable and willing to work in a retail environment.

Pay: ₹8,221.46 - ₹15,000.00 per month
