Client Relationship Executive
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Industry: Luxury Jewellery
We are looking for a well-groomed and confident Client Relationship Executive to join our showroom team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with jewellery selection and provide a personalised shopping experience.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups and relationships.
- Coordinate with customers for appointments and purchases.
- Maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Good command of English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Presentable, courteous and customer-focused.
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail or client servicing is preferred.
