Warehouse Executive – Noida

Experience: 5–8 years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Job Summary -

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations for our e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, warehouse team management, and ensuring smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities -

* Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

* Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock audits.

* Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per TAT/SLA.

* Manage returns, RTO, exchanges, and reverse logistics.

* Supervise warehouse staff, manpower allocation, productivity, and training.

* Manage orders and inventory through Unicommerce.

* Monitor inventory/orders across Amazon,



Flipkart, Shopify, and D2C platforms.

* Resolve order syncing and inventory mismatch issues.

* Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

* Track KPIs including inventory accuracy, order accuracy, dispatch TAT, productivity, and returns.

* Coordinate with logistics, sales, customer service, and other teams.

* Identify process gaps and improve warehouse efficiency.

Required Skills -

* 5–8 years of warehouse/e-commerce experience.

* Unicommerce experience is mandatory.

* Strong inventory, fulfillment, dispatch, and warehouse management skills.

* Experience handling e-commerce marketplaces.

* Good knowledge of RTO and reverse logistics.

* Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.

* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
