We are looking for an ERP / Salesforce Project Manager to be deployed at our Ahmedabad location. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ERP/Salesforce operations, supporting users, understanding business requirements, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities and operations on the Salesforce/ERP system
- Provide functional support to end users and resolve basic system issues
- Understand user requirements and business workflows
- Coordinate with the development/technical team for bugs, changes, and enhancements
- Follow up with the technical team and ensure issues are resolved on time
- Monitor data accuracy, reports, and system usage
- Coordinate with client and internal teams for project-related activities
- Train users on Salesforce/ERP features whenever required
- Maintain proper documentation and follow support processes

Required Skills & Experience





- Must have hands-on experience in Salesforce
- Experience in Salesforce administration/support or CRM implementation will be preferred
- Experience working as Project Coordinator / Project Manager / CRM Support / ERP Support
- Good understanding of business workflows and CRM processes
- Positive knowledge of Excel, data handling, and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to coordinate between client/users and technical/development teams
