We are looking for a skilled PLC Control Panel Engineer to design and test custom industrial control panels. You will create electrical drawings, choose hardware components, program PLC logic, and run quality tests before site installation

· Panel Design: Create electrical schematic, wiring, and layout drawings (OGA/IGA) using tools like AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.

· Hardware Selection: Choose appropriate PLCs, I/O modules, VFDs, servo drives, circuit breakers, and power supplies based on load calculations.

· PLC Programming: Write and update PLC code using Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagrams. [1]

· Testing & Validation: Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure panels meet safety and client specifications.

· Troubleshooting: Diagnose wiring errors, communication faults, or logic glitches using a multimeter and diagnostic software.

· Compliance: Ensure all panel designs follow industrial standards like UL508A, IEC, or NEMA.

Pay: ₹14,209.14 - ₹40,000.00 per month
