Customer Service Executive (Student Documentation Coordinator) Telugu Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive ( Telugu Cordinator ) to coordinate with students over phone calls regarding their documentation process. The candidate will ensure timely follow-ups, assist students with document requirements, resolve basic queries, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with students via phone calls regarding document submission.
- Explain documentation requirements and guide students through the process.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely submission of pending documents.
- Address student queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and document status in the CRM or tracking system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student documentation.
- Meet daily call and follow-up targets while maintaining high service quality.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student interactions efficiently.
- Telugu is Mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
