Key Responsibilities:

- Contact abandoned-cart customers via calls, email, or chat to recover lost sales.
- Explain products, pricing, advantages, and offers to drive purchase decisions.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and enhance the buying experience.
- Follow up with warm leads to improve conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize cart recovery strategies and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

- Experience in customer relationship management or sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer handling and persuasion skills.
- CRM and e-commerce platform knowledge is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and sales-driven mindset.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 days working)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
