Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, inventory accounting, procurement-related transactions, and accounts receivable and payable functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage accounting entries related to inventory and procurement.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlement.
- Coordinate with the procurement, stores, sales, and finance teams.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate variances.
- Prepare MIS reports and periodic financial statements.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.
- Assist with audits and provide required financial documents.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Practical experience in inventory, procurement, billing, receivables, and payables.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
