Role Overview
Supervise daily operations and guest experiences across a cluster of luxury private villas in Vagator. You will manage guest arrivals and lead existing on-site teams (housekeeping, security, maintenance) to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Oversee check-ins/check-outs and assist guests throughout their stay.
- Team Supervision: Direct ground staff across assigned villas to ensure top-tier cleanliness and upkeep.
- Quality Audits: Perform pre-arrival inspections to verify all amenities and appliances work perfectly.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve guest queries and maintenance requests swiftly.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or villa/resort management.
- Cluster or multi-property management experience is highly preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler or personal vehicle for commuting between local villas.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
