Job Description

Nexora Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Food Safety Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, Internal Auditing, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and relevant food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and practical classes on Food Safety and Quality Management.

Teach Food Safety Management Systems and Internal Auditing.

Train students on audit principles, audit planning, checklists, findings, corrective actions, and reporting.

Provide practical guidance on HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000 and food safety standards.

Conduct practical sessions, case studies, assignments, and assessments.

Guide students in developing food safety documentation and audit-related skills.

Keep students updated on industry practices and food safety requirements.

Eligibility & Skills

Degree / PG Diploma / Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Quality Management,



or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Internal Auditing is essential.

Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP and Food Safety Standards preferred.

Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification will be an added advantage.

Previous teaching, training, food industry, QA/QC, or auditing experience is preferred.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with practical experience in Food Safety Auditing, Quality Assurance, QA/QC, or Food Industry are encouraged to apply.
