We are looking for a energetic and responsible HR Executive to join our team.

Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR operations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Assist with payroll and administrative activities
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and management

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and people-management skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: As per experience and industry standards
