We Are Hiring – Customer Support Executive (Voice Process).
Location: Bangalore - Bommanahalli
Shift: Day Shift
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Freshers Only
Job Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide support over voice calls.
Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
Valuable interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge.
