We are looking for a motivated and experienced Solar Project Engineer to join our growing renewable energy team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and providing technical support for rooftop solar projects across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate solar projects from initial stages through execution.
- Manage project teams and coordinate on-site activities.
- Provide technical support for solar project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.
- Coordinate with installation teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and according to technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress and help resolve technical or site-related issues.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Mandatory: Experience in rooftop solar projects.




- Strong knowledge of solar project execution and site requirements.
- Good project planning and team management skills.
- Ability to conduct and evaluate site surveys.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Kerala.
