Position: IT Technician

Work Mode: Remote

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 years

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot network, internet, printer, and connectivity-related issues.

Handle IT-related queries and provide timely technical assistance to employees.

Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations.

Perform basic system security, updates, backups, and troubleshooting.

Maintain records of IT assets, issues, and maintenance activities.

Coordinate with external IT service providers whenever required.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role.

Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be comfortable working remotely.
